We’ve worked in large, complex systems with up to 13 providers to deliver extensive recovery programmes including mobilising HVLC hubs, enabling mutual aid and comprehensive outpatient transformation across multiple specialties. We’ve also provided targeted operational support at single sites, all drawing upon our wealth of expertise, backed up by an evidence-based approach using robust analytics and data modelling.
