The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub’s Transforming Organisations, Partnerships and Systems Framework offers trusts and other publicly funded organisations access to a range of advisory and support services and is designed to assist with day-to-day service delivery activities whilst addressing the complexities of the modern healthcare environment. Services offered under this framework will support clients with elements such as, but not limited to, sustainable services modelling, strategy, governance, training, communications and engagement delivery, procurement, and workforce transformation.

Attain have been successfully awarded onto all the Lots that we bid for:

The NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health framework agreement gives the NHS a compliant route to market for the provision and procurement of consultancy and advisory services. It provides consultancy services for healthcare, corporate, IT, HR and property, with a specialist Lot for social value, sustainability and carbon neutrality which will support the NHS to achieve carbon net zero targets by 2040. Attain have been awarded onto the following Lots:

  • Lot 1 – Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy
  • Lot 2 – Integrated Care, Healthcare & Community Care
  • Lot 3 – Commercialisation, Innovation & Transformation
  • Lot 6 – Finance & Procurement

The Consultancy and Associated Services framework has been designed to provide a one-stop-solution for contracting authorities seeking approved consultancy firms and service providers. The framework offers a compliant solution from a range of service providers (including SMEs) with local, regional and national coverage.

We are on the following lots:

  • Lot C3 – Procurement and Commissioning Support
  • Lot E1 – Healthcare Services – Planning, Design and Service Improvements

Attain has been admitted onto five lots of the Consultancy Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) 2.0 to NHS South, Central and West commissioning support unit. A DPS allows a streamlined and dynamic procurement process inviting bids/quotes from approved suppliers for certain types of works, services and/or goods. Attain has secured a place on the following lots:

  • Lot 1 – Clinical Measurement: Developing clinical dashboards and supporting measurement for improvement, including population and predictive analytics work
  • Lot 2 – Digital Transformation: Business change implementation and business change management
  • Lot 3 – System Transformation: Delivering improvement and efficiency, change management, primary care transformation, and organisation development
  • Lot 4 – Turnaround – Workforce: Including dynamic modelling for business case development and scenario testing for workforce transformation
  • Lot 5 – Turnaround – Specialist Services: Including supporting multiple years of planning cycles, forecast scenario testing and pathway analysis

There is an ability for clients to directly award a contract to Attain on the framework providing a timely and compliant route to market to meet your requirements.

Attain has also been appointed to the Cabinet Office Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, which enables the public sector find digital specialists and teams to help them deliver a digital project or outcomes. Attain has delivered significant digital programmes in recent years and this framework will provide a further route to market for the team to transform care with enabling technologies.

Central government and wider public sector customers can access cost effective consultancy advice from us for Lot 7: Health, Social and Community; provision of objective specialist advice in areas related to health, social care and/or community. This may include identification of options with recommendations as well as implementation and delivery.
