NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF)
We are excited to announce Attain has been awarded a place on the NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF).
Attain has been awarded on two lots Transformation and change support and Patient empowerment and activation. We have also partnered with IBM who were successful in being awarded to all 10 Lots for the framework.
The Health Systems Support (HSS) Framework provides a quick and easy route to access support services from innovative third party suppliers at the leading edge of health and care system reform, including advanced analytics, population health management, digital and service transformation.
It can be used by any NHS organisation, including NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), national Arm’s-Length Bodies, local authorities and a wide range of public sector bodies where they are supporting Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs), or health and social care in general.
The Framework focuses particularly on services that can support the move to integrated models of care based on intelligence-led population health management. This includes new digital and technological advances that help clinicians and managers understand a population’s health and how it can best be managed.
Cabinet Office Digital Outcomes and Specialists Framework
Attain has also been appointed to the Cabinet Office Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, which enables the public sector find digital specialists and teams to help them deliver a digital project or outcomes.
Attain has delivered significant digital programmes in recent years and this framework will provide a further route to market for the team to transform care with enabling technologies.
Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework
We were awarded a place on the Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework.
Attain were awarded on five lots; Healthcare Business Consultancy, Leadership, Governance and Strategy, Service Development and Transformation, Innovation & Research, Health and Community and Ancillary Consultancy Services.
The framework will be for the benefit of Public sector bodies, including any statutory and other successor organisations to any of the foregoing and in addition any other commissioners, providers and regulators of NHS funded services including practice based commissioning consortia, general practice commissioning consortia, NHS England.
