Cancer & Diagnostics
We are passionate about health and social care in the NHS and pride ourselves in being able to meet even the most specific needs of our customers – from strategic delivery and analytics to clinical service re-design and cost improvement.
Our expertise
Attain works with cancer alliances, providers and commissioners across the country.
We have supported the development and delivery of plans to meet local and national priorities including early diagnosis, improved outcomes from treatments and personalised care.
We support the development of sustainable models of care which are evidence-based and informed by local data. Our focus is always on the patient’s experience and improving outcomes.
We have experience of working across cancer alliances, STPs, ICSs, places, and with individual providers to support strategy development, system-wide modelling and deliver transformational change.
We understand the national priorities aligned to cancer services, and the requirement to work across organisational boundaries to make sustainable improvements.
Community diagnostic centre: design & deliver
We are providing support to systems and organisations to lead and deliver their CDC programmes, from scoping, business case development to making plans a reality for local people by implementing services.
Cancer workforce
We provide diagnostic and cancer workforce planning and strategy development based on a true understanding of the service model and the future strategic intent. We are providing support to baseline, forecast, implement new roles and identify key solutions to recruitment and retention. This includes Diagnostic Training Academies.
Pathways and services
Our support spans whole cancer services and specific pathway restoration and transformation – identifying key challenges, understanding current demand and capacity for cancer services and working as part of your teams to deliver quick, tangible results which enable patients to access services locally – focused on patient outcomes.
