On their first 30 days with Attain

Tell us a little bit about yourself

My name is Fenna and I joined Attain just over a month ago. My background is in healthcare analytics and healthcare research. I have previously worked for another consultancy, a mental health Trust and the Institute of Cancer Research. A lot of projects I have recently worked on involved demand and capacity analysis in some form, working with acute, mental health, community providers and integrated care systems.

How have your first 30 days been at Attain?

My first month at Attain has been absolutely great, meeting new colleagues, getting to know Attain and also starting some client work. Everyone has been very welcoming and incredibly supportive, having a very long list of people and communities I can go to for any questions. The induction has been very comprehensive and made me feel welcome and already part of Attain.

What attracted you to Attain?

Attain’s commitment to work in partnership with their clients initially attracted me to Attain, in combination with the wide range of projects and the wide experience and variety backgrounds of people working for Attain. It is also great to be part of an analytical community where we can problem solve together and exchange ideas.

What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?

I would say the best thing about being employed with Attain is its people and commitments to its values. Everyone has been so welcoming, supportive and interested, that is been very easy to settle in and start a new role. I have been impressed with the focus on personal development and opportunities given to support this.

What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?

I am very excited for what is to come and further experience and contribute to the work Attain does to transform health and wellbeing. I am looking forward to further develop my skills and experiences with Attain.
