Our Story

We are passionate about health and social care in the NHS and pride ourselves in being able to meet even the most specific needs of our customers – from strategic delivery and analytics to clinical service re-design and cost improvement.

We are a values -led organisation. Founded in 2011 by Mark, Martin and Struan, each bringing together significant health, consulting and industry expertise, Attain’s purpose has always been to transform health and care services with a focus on delivering real change for the sector.

Today, Attain the UK’s largest independent healthcare delivery organisation and its 80+ team continues to grow and develop.
