Tell us a little bit about yourself
I grew up in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and moved to London in 2024. My interest in healthcare systems began at university, where I studied public health and commerce, driven by a curiosity about how we can design services that genuinely work for people and improve population health.
I’ve since worked across healthcare consulting and within provider and commissioning organisations, leading transformation programmes spanning digital innovation, public health delivery, and operational improvement. I’m particularly driven by turning strategic ambition into practical, measurable change.
How have your first 30 days been at Attain?
My first 30 days have been really positive. Everyone has been so welcoming, and there’s a real sense of energy and passion across the team. It’s made settling in feel very natural, and I’ve felt part of Attain from the start.
What attracted you to Attain?
I was drawn to Attain’s values and the deliberate focus on making a real difference for the NHS. It felt like a place where people genuinely care about the outcomes they deliver.
I was also excited by the opportunity to contribute to change and transformation across multiple levels of the health system – something Attain has a proven track record of delivering. Throughout the recruitment process, I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on finding the right fit and the sincere effort to understand my experience, motivations, and aspirations.
What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?
I’m naturally curious and enjoy tackling complex problems, so the breadth of projects at Attain is a real highlight. It offers exposure to a wide range of organisations, stakeholders, and programmes, providing opportunities to work across parts of the system you wouldn’t typically experience within a single role.
What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?
I’m excited by the opportunity to continue developing as a leader and to play a meaningful role in shaping service and system transformation. I hope to contribute to impactful work that improves outcomes for patients and populations, while building strong relationships across the system and learning from the people around me.
