• Procurement and contract management – delivering procurement, spend analysis, market management, and contract management functions in partnership with our clients to save the NHS money, improve service quality, and ensure high levels of regulatory compliance.
• Programme delivery – providing hands-on delivery capability for large scale, multi-year capital, revenue, and cost improvement programmes. We utilise robust PMO approaches to deliver well-managed programmes that drive sustained transformation and achieve their intended service, quality, and financial benefits.
• Healthcare analytics and intelligence – turning healthcare data into actionable insight, supporting the NHS to deliver value-based healthcare by shaping population health strategy, redesigning pathways, and supporting system-wide improvement through better service planning. Our team provides a seamless link between data, decisions, and outcomes.

Working in multi-year partnerships, we take shared responsibility and accountability for collective outcomes. We bring hands-on delivery capacity, operational insight, and technical expertise to help our clients deliver national policy objectives and drive cost improvement ambitions, all while maintaining quality, compliance, and continuity.

We work with systems, place partnerships, and system integrators to:

• Establish neighbourhood health centres – building on our successful track record of implementing Community Diagnostic Centres and Frailty Hubs by supporting our clients to secure funding, develop service models, and mobilise physical centres.
• Develop neighbourhood service models – building on our experience of embedding care closer to home and strengthening community-based services to develop new models of care that are preventative, proactive, and person centred.
• Build an evidence base – through left shift modelling, using advanced analytics to model demand, capacity, and the impact of shifting care from hospital to community and build the case for change.
• Commission new services – aligning commissioning strategies and commercial models with integrated care objectives to ensure value and sustainability.

We combine our clinical and operational, analytical, and commercial capabilities with 15 years of experience in developing community-based care to deliver neighbourhood health, underpinned by programme and change management capability to make it a reality in practice.

We support our clients to design, mobilise, and deliver the capabilities required for an effective Work and Health Programme. Our offer includes:

• Accelerating readiness for national policy requirements by engaging with local teams to develop a work and health support model
• Delivering rapid mobilisation of pathways and commissioned interventions
• Strengthening capability across population health management, commissioning, digital, commercial, evaluation and programme delivery
• Implementing of new service models in short timeframes to maximise impact for local communities

We are flexible, experienced, and able to deliver at pace, helping you to turn national policy into local delivery.

• Cancer and diagnostics – working with cancer alliances, providers, and commissioners across the country to implement 15 new CDCs and improve pathway performance against national standards.
• Elective care – delivering extensive recovery programmes including HVLC hubs, mutual aid, and comprehensive outpatient transformation across multiple specialties.
• Mental health, learning disabilities and autism (MHLDA) – transforming MHLDA services to meet the needs of local populations through new service models and pathway redesign.
• Primary care – delivering improved and more equitable access, continuity of care, and service development (including preventive, promotion, chronic disease management, coordination of care, and commercial aspects).
• Private sector – fostering seamless integration between the NHS and independent sector, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care across all health and care domains.
• Urgent and emergency care (UEC) – aligning priorities across the UEC system to manage demand and improve patient flow.
• Workforce – identifying and assessing workforce risks, responding to operational challenges, and designing sustainable long-term workforce solutions.
