For over 13 years, Attain has delivered a continuous Procurement and Commercial Advisory service across multiple ICBs within one region.
Initially established as an insourced delivery partnership (2012), the service transitioned to a fully outsourced model in 2014. Our delivery includes:
Team of 5 CIPS-qualified procurement professionals with extensive NHS procurement expertise
3 NHS-employed staff transferred to Attain in 2014, with 2 still with us today, ensuring continuity and expertise
Constant voice throughout the commissioning lifecycle, providing trusted advice and skills transfer
Building robust governance processes to strengthen decision-making and mitigate procurement risk
