Christianah Olagunju tells us about her first few months at Attain.

Tell us a little bit about yourself

Prior to joining Attain, I worked as a Digital Transformation and Technology Project Manager leading on nationwide and local digital transformation projects for the NHS. I also worked as an Implementation Consultant for an Electronic Patient Record (ePR) company supporting multiple NHS Trusts in digitising their existing Care Pathways. In addition to this, I sit as a committee member on the Patient Information Committee at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, hanging out with my friends, and discovering new perfumes and home fragrances.

How have your first few months been at Attain ?

My first few months at Attain have flown by, and I have really enjoyed it. I was put on a project on day three and met with my client on day five which allowed me to get to know fellow Attain colleagues really quicky. They have supported me in building client relationships and delivering projects the ‘Attain Way’. The support I received from my Attain colleagues through the induction process was unmatched and I was paired with a buddy who helped me navigate this new journey and eased any nerves I had.

What attracted you to Attain?

I first came across Attain in 2016 through my research of healthcare management companies and was impressed with the range of projects that the different teams had undertaken. Since then, I decided to follow the company’s work and in 2021 decided to apply as I was looking for an opportunity to step out of the digital world and try something different. After reaching out to the HR team and going through the interview process what immediately stuck out to me was how much the company practiced their values. Not only were they a high performing company but one that genuinely cared about the wellbeing of their staff, which I loved.

What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?

The people! From my interview process through to my first day everyone has been great. Before my first day, I was invited to attend a company party which was lovely as I was able to meet my future colleagues, and everyone was so supportive and welcoming. The skillsets and expertise within the company is inspiring and it is a privilege to work alongside such an experienced team.
