We have six fundamental values that guide our behaviour and culture. Our values permeate through everything we do, including our relationships with our customers, our partners and the communities in which we work.
Our dedicated values team act as champions for and enablers of Attains’ values, ensuring the business successfully supports and lives its values. They regularly meet with our people to ensure that values are evident throughout team and all the work we do, ensuring we remain focused on embedding and developing the values in everything we do.

Every year, the Attain team have the opportunity to nominate a charity for the company to support through fundraising activities. This year we have chosen YoungMinds. We are proud to be involved in transforming mental health and learning disability provision across the full spectrum of services for children and young people, as well as other key groups.
