HR and Recruitment Officer (12 months, maternity cover)

Full time role, 37.5 hours per week based in central London. Up to £28k depending on experience, flexible and rewarding role based in Holborn. This role is suited to a highly organised, strong communicator who can multi-task and enjoys variety.

We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Officer to join our People team. Our people team provide all HR, organisational development and learning and development design, delivery and support for the organisation of 80 staff.

This role is a critical part of the team, providing co-ordination and administrative support.

Attain is the largest independent health advisory and delivery organisation in the UK, working solely with the NHS. It was established from a desire to create an organisation driven by values and an ethical commercial model and is often cited by staff as ‘an inspiring place to work’.

Job Purpose

  • To manage the recruitment administration process from recruitment advertising to onboarding.
  • To support the People team with administrative support activities which underpin the successful running of the organisation.
  • To co-ordinate training and other learning interventions including dealing with 3rd party suppliers.
