Tell us a little bit about yourself?
Prior to joining Attain, I spent two years working in HR within the financial consultancy industry. Prior to starting my career in HR, I worked in a number of roles including events, learning and development and accountancy.
Outside of work I like to get involved in different things. I’ve been a volunteer for a few different charities, a ballet dancer, a book reviewer for an online book blog and a voluntary assistant for an indie author!
How have your first 30 days been at Attain?
My first 30 days with Attain has been great! I had such a warm welcome and a thorough in-depth handover and induction, which left me feeling part of the company very quickly. Time has flown by and I have already had the exposure and the opportunity to get involved in a number of tasks.
What attracted you to Attain?
It was definitely the values to me that stood out initially and the knowledge that the company really care about their staff. As I got to understand the company better throughout the recruitment process and during my first few weeks, I have also enjoyed seeing the passion each staff member has about what they do.
What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?
The people and the culture. Everyone is so forthcoming about what they do and how passionate they are and it is has been fascinating learning about the NHS.
I have been made to feel like part of the Attain family and already feel like I have been here for a lot longer than 30 days. This is thanks to the depth of knowledge people have given me and the thorough induction process. There are no silly questions and everyone is happy to help each other out.
What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?
I am looking forward to learning more about the healthcare industry and expanding my experience and knowledge in HR. I also look forward to being able to get involved in different projects around the business and working alongside the varied teams.
